God is our father and also our King. In the Lord’s prayer, Christ began by acknowledging God as a father first; and then as a king. You see, if you first see God as a king, you might fear approaching Him but if you begin by seeing Him as a father, you will be at ease while approaching him, just like a child easily approaches the dad. APPROACH GOD AS A FATHER FIRST, THEN AS A KING. HE IS YOUR LOVING AND CARING DAD.
